How to Send Your Complaint
To help us respond promptly, please include the following in your email:
Use the word “Complaint” in the subject line
Name of the licensee (salesperson) involved
Property address related to the complaint
A detailed explanation of what happened
Any supporting documents or evidence
Once we receive your complaint, we’ll acknowledge it and aim to respond within 10 working days.
We won’t charge you for looking into your complaint
We won’t take any further action on disputed amounts while we’re working through the issue
