1: We work to a Master Agency model and fee structure.

Add Value’s model starts by thoroughly researching the market at the outset so we can explain the various options to you. We can then set the strategy, design a bespoke marketing campaign and appoint the project team, based upon asset class and location, to manage the sale on your behalf.

This model allows us to achieve a greater market reach by incentivising agents from other real estate agencies, lawyers, and other professionals to also introduce their clients to your property.

By increasing the number of prospective purchasers across a wider network, you achieve a better sale price in a way a sole agency simply can’t achieve.

This gives you the peace of mind that we uncover all available buyers by sharing our commission but to ensure our service provides you with exceptional value, where the purchaser is introduced by the Add Value Realty project team, we charge you less.

2: We provide detailed, reporting and recommendations about what’s happening throughout the sale of your property

Add Value’s experienced campaign management provides vendor reports with market research, recent sales data, advertising campaign performance data, and more.

We believe you deserve complete visibility into the sales process. You’ll see the response to our media channels so we can discuss progress throughout the campaign, evaluate performance, agree changes as necessary to target more buyers, and keep you advised at all times.

That way you can make the most informed decisions, with the greatest possible knowledge.

3: Your reason for selling is critical to us.

Knowing your primary objective in selling allows us to design a strategy and sales campaign to achieve this.

Where your timeframe allows, we can suggest strategies to enhance your sale price, such as addressing outstanding repairs, redecoration, or negotiating leases before going to market to optimise your sale price.

It matters, because the better we understand your goals – the better we can do our job.

4: No margins on third party suppliers

With over 30 years of experience in real estate, we’ve seen it all. For example, putting additional margins on fixed cost third party items like LIM Reports and advertising is common practice.

At Add Value, we’d rather get paid for the work we actually do – like selling your property for the best possible price – rather than just adding a margin onto the true costs.

Call us crazy (and people have), but we don’t think it’s fair, ethical, or even good business to bill you extra for small things you’re already paying for anyway. 

We know it’s common practice, but we stand for changing the game – not playing by its rules.
